Something as simple as a small knock can turn into a non-healing wound or ulcer so look out for your legs! If you do knock your leg, keep a close eye on it and if it doesn’t heal as normal get in touch with your GP surgery #selfcare #legsmatter #protectourNHS

Make your home into your exercise zone! You don't need equipment or special space. A lot can be done in your chair. If walking is difficult, just move your feet around in circles, then up and down – you can do this sitting down #selfcare #legsmatter #protectourNHS
