3 years ago today @UMichSurgery gave me the opportunity to share a bit of wisdom from my training. Though the world seems impossibly different in 2022 I think the lessons still ring true

When putting together your rank list, one question to ask yourself, “would these people support me during a life crisis? Illness, death, divorce. Would they do whatever they can to help me?”
