The benefit of isolating one leg at a time is that it exposes athletes to inefficiencies in each leg that can be refined and improved upon.
Drill reinforces athletes on how to:
✅ Maintain body posture
✅ Maintain Tall hip height
✅ Cycling while applying force ⬇️ under COM
