Not posted any model railway content for a while, but I'm getting into 3D printing, and with a 0.2mm nozzle the detail comes out not too bad. Weighbridge and hut based on one by the tannery in Colyton, Devon. #TMRGUK
Heads up Train Twitter - You can get some great railway themed items on Temu! £2.30 for this lovely Mallard wall plaque seems like an absolute bargain. The question is will one be enough?
Here I am behind the train steering wheel as we pull into Harmans Cross. Waiting for the Crompton to pass en route to Swanage. This train driving is a piece of cake! @CottonTreeRail@SwanRailway#TMRGUK
Would have been nice to have been hauled by this beauty. Just have to make do with a #terriblephoto snapped as we were passing in the DMU @SwanRailway#TMRGUK
Great day out at the @SwanRailway with my good friend @CottonTreeRail . Unfortunately due to high fire risk it was heritage diesel traction only, but still it's not every day you get haulage behind a Crompton! #TMRGUK
After some quality procrastination I'm back working on my OO9 mini layout. Poured some resin into the chasm, so the bridge now crosses water. The bed was painted dark, so it hopefully gives the illusion of depth.

Been a while since I did some turning in the workshop. Steep learning curve here, turning a tiny shoulder and tapping an M3 hole in some 304 stainless. Work hardens in a flash, causing many blunted 2.5mm drills, and a busted tap!

The fruits of my labours - a wheel type marking gauge for woodworking. Quite a tiny one, as most of the time I'm only marking small distances. #toolmaking
Bugger all worth watching on the telly, so I got out this Parkside Dundas skip wagon kit (must have had it for nigh on thirty years). I wish my eyesight was as good as it was thirty years ago!

#ModelTrainShow2025 My early 90s vintage Dapol Terrier gets to stretch its legs. There is quite the difference in the refinement of the mechanisms in a modern loco compared to this one!

#ModelTrainShow2025 Blue Gin the horse returns to Bell End after yesterday's race. A Barclay and Hawthorn Leslie double header has been rostered for this turn. Sorry about the terrible camera work!

#ModelTrainShow2025 The Hymek and 22 are back in action at Bell End. A long (for Bell End) train of vans, and a regular passenger service. With the station so busy it is a travesty that Dr Beeching would close it in 1963!

#ModelTrainShow2025 After yesterday when it was mainly steam at Bell End, today the diesels have taken over.
Hymek, class 22 and a fleeting appearance from an ex GWR Railcar. Sped up so it doesn't get boring.

#ModelTrainShow2025 Time for some horsing around. We're in the goods yard, as Blue Gin the horse waits patiently for his train to be formed. Then we just have to wait for some bigger horsepower to haul it away!

#ModelTrainShow2025 My Lima ex GWR Railcar makes a quick in and out appearance at Bell End. No music on this one, just listen to that authentic diesel rattle!

#ModelTrainShow2025 More workings at Bell End. A Mainline Collett goods arrives with a passenger train, runs round, but has to wait for the arrival of some empty milk tanks before it can depart.
