It's pretty clear that we are missing out on many requests. From my conversations with OUC - they don't have any timeline on a fix, their vendor can't provide statistics on failed submissions, and they don't know which devices are having issues. (4/6)

Inspired by a resolution from ANC 5B, @ANC1B will be considering a resolution calling for an immediate overhaul and fix of the 311 system at tonight’s monthly meeting
DC's 311 app has been broken since May 1, which isn't acceptable for something residents rely on to report sidewalk issues, missed trash pickups, and broken streetlights. I got curious whether the outage actually showed up in the submission numbers. So I pulled the open data. 🧵
