Señores de @skymexico Hace 3 semanas inicié un trámite para cambio de titular, informándome que en un lapso no mayor a 72 horas iba a quedar dicho cambio. He enviado correos y he hablado varias veces por teléfono y se han comprometido a darme una respuesta, sin embargo, el silencio es elocuente. Estoy considerando seriamente cancelar mi cuenta, empero, no sé si sea igual de engorroso que cambiar de titular. En estos momentos estoy en la línea esperando me pasen a trámites y llevo 16 minutos en espera. Comunidad tuitera.
