APS Crest History:
The crest was created by Perry McLeod-Shabogesic of Nipissing First Nation.
At its center is the Thunderbird, representing strength, integrity, protection, and goodness. The circle reflects balance, life, nature, and the Creator’s plan, while the forests and waters honour the lands and communities APS serves. 🪶
Miigwech to Perry for sharing his vision and artistry with APS.
