In July 2005, 100 figures made from iron, all cast from his own body by sculptor Anthony Gormley, arrived on Crosby Beach.
It was supposed to be a temporary artwork but they're still there.

Two lock cottages on the River Severn are up for auction next week - a historic Grade II at Holt Lock, and a more recent (1970s-looking) one at Bevere Lock. Their remote locations means expected prices could be quite low (£130k in the case of Holt). expressandstar.com/news/prop…
