News: Anthony Rizzo is retiring as a Cub and will be honored this Saturday at Wrigley Field. He'll also become an ambassador for the organization. The defacto captain of the 2016 World Series team has returned.

I am seeing that Donald Shoup has died. His case against free parking has gradually made a difference across the country as we have seen large and small communities ditch those parking minimums and even creating the occasional parking maximum.
