With such a sensitive nose, it's not too hard to flood it, especially during an intensely focused sniffing task. We often see #HeroRATs grooming to 'reset' their noses, sniff again, then indicate on a target. They groom plenty during out-of-office hours too! #APOPO #rats

all the points on this slide are true 😌 i’ve written research paper before that had to be in English. doing the research was way easier than turning it into proper English 🫠 even though i used English in class materials, writing in English was still challenging.

This is Chicken. She used to visit to the shelter where her human works. When the staff noticed her unique ability to help shy pups feel comfortable, Chicken quickly found herself with a full-time job. After all, every mother hen is, in fact, a Chicken. 13/10
