Despite the very clear challenges school leaders face, this from Seán Dillon, Principal of Primate Dixon PS, Coalisland is very inspiring.
"You are coming in to do a job that you're never going to grow rich at, but you are doing the best & most important job in the world." Seán Dillon will retire from teaching this week after 49 years - 38 as a principal. @NewsDeclan asked him for his message to new teachers.
