What’s interesting is that I too also had the same experience with the Forza controller packaging. For the first time ever, something went wrong with this one guys (and I’ve bought over 30 controllers from @MicrosoftStore).

Hey @asha_shar @ForzaHorizon @forza_support Does ordering brand new controllers from @MicrosoftStore mean sending me an open, filthy, nasty controller in a gross padded envelope denting the box? Seriously? After all the orders I make on MS store for controllers. Unacceptable!
