A Lexington Selected Yearling Sale record for opening night average at $190,547 for 117 horses sold was set tonight. The old record was 2022 at $189,074 for 122 horses sold.
The gross of $22,294,000 was the second-highest ever, trailing only 2022's $23,067,000.
