The discomfort of carrying back multiple kilos of 48 month Comte from Fromagerie Robert Janin are far outweighed by the pleasure of opening the refrigerator and having access to one of the greatest examples of Comte out there.

Excellent wines at @DomaineFaiveley - The Musigny is...well....the Musigny. ‘34 Latricieres Chambertin and ‘33 Porets St. Georges. ‘10 Batard en magnum was downright delicious.
