Hello @onsitegoindia 3 Visits since last 2 weeks still not resolved, gas refilled pressure ok, still your engineers are not able to resolve. Cooling is less not completely stopped. Chilling is missed. I have shown another ac to them which is doing far better. Please look into

Visit 1- cooling to theek hai, gas bhe theek hai but thoda kam hai,refill k lie aaega koi .
Visit-2- Gas refilled , all ok bye bye.
Visit3- COOLING STILL NOT OK, but gas to hai
Visit-4- Gas to zero hai, islie cooling nahi hai.

Finally Visit 5- The checked complete line inlet outlet for leakage, Filled R32 gas. Ans AC is working fine now since last 1 day. Technician -Nazeem was expert in his work, rest of previous technicians were good for nothing.
