How about a FPGA community? This could be interesting to share knowledge / learning and help each other. I just created one, link below! x.com/i/communities/16700339…

Hey Ad did you visit the keyboard shop in San Jose and now have to carry back a new keyboard with the weight of a two bricks. Why yes I did

FPGA Engineering Salaries UK update. Received two emails from recruiters this morning FPGA Engineer One - Looks to be junior, experience in AI on FPGA Drone Swarms etc Wants £30K FPGA Engineer Two - 5 plus years, low latency, Sat Coms, several life cycle FPGA designs. Wants £55K Why are highly skilled people asking for such low salaries. This country is done, a little ambition and they could make that per month.

Our statement on the UK government’s demand that all content on all devices sold or used in the country be scanned, on the presumption of nudity, using a dystopian combination of age verification and content scanning. This proposal will not safeguard children. It endangers us all. signal.org/blog/pdfs/2026-06…

The Explorer board LIVES, from concept to board on the bench in two months including a lot of SI/PI analysis and contract negotiations to hit the target price. Adiuvo has the best ecosystem of developers to deliver this. This board and the coming courses and content is going to be game changing. We do need to change the colour to blue though!

I've wanted to explore FPGA for some years now, but the prices keep me away. I really don't have time right now, but for anyone who has been thinking about it, this seems like a great way to get started!
Prototype Explorer boards on the line. This board is going to change so much and only $99. Learn more about it here explorerboard.tech/

Interesting development at the Harlow innovation park. The council have banned the Dorrington's van which was very popular for food and drinks. The Dorrington's van has been coming for many years and was very popular. However the newly opened and council run social club has significantly fewer options and is more expensive (typical government run solution one might say). Was obviously viewed to be losing out, due to the Dorrington's van coming. Seems the councils approach to competition is not step up but to ban, again a typical government response. Surly choice is good? Any comment Dan / Harlow Council ? @HarlowCouncil @dan__swords @yourharlow

Keep It Simple Stupid - Last week at the CERN FPGA Developers forum I got to mee Alen Luin. As we were chatting we got around to the topic of FPGA design and how important the KISS principal was. As we started talking we discussed several ways in which it relates to FPGA develop. From Keep interfaces Standard Stupid to Keep It Synchronous Stupid. It deserved to be turned into a blog as it remembering these KISS principals helps us architect and design better FPGA. adiuvoengineering.com/post/m…

Dev boards are so very useful for prototyping solutions. Final testing before being deployed with the client hardware onsite tomorrow.

I've probably seen it on dozens of my boards before and I'm still surprised everytime it happens tbh

I had great fun giving the key note at CERN this week. Talking about AI, its place in our development flow and how it does not remove the need for the engineer or a effective engineering process. videos.cern.ch/record/302575…

AI does not replace us, don't take my word for it, listen the higher level pros
