Great summary of how to optimize #flow in an organization and how it is different from utilization rates: youtube.com/watch?v=CostXs2p…

Working with tickets - meaning small incremental value adds - can provide a huge relief! At least that's how I feel working in quite a complex domain. One step at a time in the right direction ... :-) #agile
An ever green 🙂
This model is called Johari Window. Sharing information with others helps moving parts from the Façade cell to the Open cell. When we receive feedback, the Blind Spot cell decreases and the Open cell increases in size. Coaching or therapy makes parts of the Unkown cell known.
Very cool app with inspirational questions for e.g warmups in workshops! Thanks for sharing 🙂 Tscheck.in

The main goal of sprint planning is to give the whole team something to #focus on for the next sprint! ... and this is actually fairly difficult ... #scrum #agile
A great summary and reasoning on where to put the regular scrum events in your calendar week! medium.com/agile-batman/a-ty…

The moment when you found a #team and agreed with everyone to head in a certain direction: Awesome!

Don't Let the Perfect Be the Enemy of the Better! Take a step now, improve something, and you will reach perfect early enough ;-)
I love this very simple framework of how to be a good boss. Two dimensions - challenging directly and caring personally - explain a lot! Recommended read! #book #BookReview julianconnor.medium.com/be-t…
Having the backlog as a prioritized *list* is a simple and vital technique to make sure there is only ever *one* item at the top. If your system allows having e.g. 4 most-important items it's no longer prioritized ... and most likely leads to a lot of confusion.

There is plenty of truth in this :-) ... although I would not encourage people to be totally silent, this is still way better than giving advice or playing it down.
Wirklich #Zuhören ist eine so wichtige Eigenschaft. Nicht nur im Beruf, sondern auch im privaten Bereich. Gerade in diesen Zeiten... ⬇️
Just participated in a really well done online team game called "Survey Says" done with #zoom and by @teambonding There are really cool things that can be done online! ... I still miss meeting people in person and am looking forward to a more "normal" Christmas Party next year 🙂
This #book truly creates a new perspective and "widens the frame". I'm still contemplating the full picture, but I can feel, that there is something important to this. Yancey proposes a model of Me Now, Us Now, Future Me and Future Us that seeks to avoid focusing on money only.
Interesting view on the Scrum Guide 2020 changes: github.com/alexandreaquiles/… I was not aware that so many things were completely rewritten!

Should Your Team Adopt No-Meeting Weeks? Probably not, but there are plenty of other good thoughts in there! mountaingoatsoftware.com/blo…
