John Perkins couldn't resist taking part in the Swanage Carnival Fun Run while on holiday in Dorset.
He flew around the four-mile course in just over 22 minutes to claim his first win on English soil! π₯³

Ras Ad-Clad is one of our favourite local events. Each year, the hilly mixed terrain race alternates direction between Llanwrda and Caio.

Couple goals β₯οΈ
Wayne L was supposed to be on driving and photo taking duties as wife Keri took on @ToughRunnerUK's Cardiff Epic Trail 10K.
He couldn't resist a late entry though and finished 7th out of 240!
Keri had a great, muddy run too.

It was an AVH clean sweep at @OffTheTarmac's Pen y Fan Challenge yesterday β°οΈπ₯π₯
Rob was 1st Overall on the half marathon route with TWO summits of southern Britain's highest peak, setting a new course record of 2hrs 3 mins! π€―π₯³

Steve was third at Ras Hwyl Brechfa - a 7.5-mile trail run along forestry tracks from the NRW's Keepers car park, with almost 300m of elevation π²β°οΈ

Fresh from Saturday evening's Rabbit Run, Caroline and Tina were back out on Sunday morning for Llangunnor 5K.
They were joined by Mark T and Nick V for an undulating route with views of Carmarthen and the Towy Valley.
