1/2 I had sworn off @AmericanAir because of a missed flight due to my husband needing a wheelchair and no one able to get him to the gate. I tried, but they wouldn’t allow it. Yes, it was on his tix and they never offered any compensation. I rebooked and never looked back…

This afternoon they blew it again! I will not allow there to be a strike 3. No assistance out of SAN to our MIA flight. Neither the 800 # nor the chat helped and to make matters worse delayed until cancelled and no voucher for meals or hotel. I will DM them but I will share.
