I watched some Chiefs offensive film from 2020-2022 and then some film from 2024-2025. I’m going to put my own personal opinions and observations below in this thread.

I really think this offense is fixable in a hurry with simple pre-snap motions, getting Kelce lineup more as a slot, using the RBs more in the passing game, using more bunch formations again, and getting Mahomes feet under him a little more when throwing.

This offense isn’t the same as it was when we were scoring 30 ppg and it’s showing. I’m not going to blame anyone but hopefully we can figure this out and move forward with a much more creative offense. It’s gotten bland and stale with zero confusion for the defense.

I won’t say much but the Chiefs offense is missing jet sweeps, it’s missing screen plays, it’s missing misdirection, it’s missing a downhill run game, it’s missing moving Mahomes around and moving the pocket around. That’s all things we saw 5-7 years ago… and don’t see now.

Anyone check on @MediaFoxx?? She told me I was a dumb groundskeeper who was wrong that they drafted Josh Simmons to be the starter at LT week 1! I mean he’s only taken like every rep there since he got drafted! Hes been the starter for months ;)!!
