Stop comparing your rates to other creators
For the past few days, I've seen a lot of posts about paid partnerships, so I wanted to share my thoughts!!
If you get a paid deal, negotiate and take it if it aligns with your content.
A creator with 10k followers asking for $200 per post isn't wrong and a creator with 1k followers taking $50 isn't wrong either.
Everyone is at a different stage and rates will always vary based on experience, audience and results
If the partnership fits your niche and it's a product you actually use or a game you genuinely play, then go for it.
Opportunities in Web3 aren't as common as they used to be, so don't pass on a good opportunity just because someone online might judge you π
At the same time, don't promote scams or products you've never used. Know your value but be realistic with your pricing. If your rates don't make sense for the brand, they'll simply move on.
Also, don't turn your entire page into sponsored content. Keep sharing your real thoughts and experiences too.
That's something I'm still working on myself. Genuine content is what builds trust and trust is what attracts long-term opportunities!!
Build your brand first. The deals will follow.
As
@SkyGaming said a few days ago, don't settle for less.
Make sure you understand the value you bring and what your content is actually worth.
