Writing Jargons ( certain technical expressions for a special group) is not allowed in UX Writing.
What is allowed is writing a clear message that someone with a little knowledge of vocabulary would easily understand and finish a task on your app or website.

2. Slow down. Remember people want to hear about what you have to say.
3. Be yourself! The audience know you understand your field, but be natural and remain enthusiastic.
4. Be honest if you don't know an answer to something. It reminds the audience you're human

No matter how long the contents on your digital products is, the brand tone and voice of your company can be revamped at anytime.
However, it is better to define the brand tone and voice at the early stage of a product.
