We must purge the virus of subterranean separatism from Tamil Nadu politics. I often remind my team "We are drawn from the same pool of talent as any other company, we are not special in any way, and if we have to achieve better results, we must show that through our hard work and perseverance". Tamil Nadu is Bharat 🙏

To understand the depth and breadth of what Prime Minister Modi has achieved, we must remember what he inherited. The Congress Party had a disastrous flirtation with Soviet style socialism (and the word "socialist" is still there in our Constitution, thanks to Indira Gandhi). With the Soviet collapse, India faced bankruptcy and the Congress switched to the Washington consensus, Davos-style globalism. To be fair to them, it looked reasonable in 1991, and people like me supported it, but far deeper thinkers like Gurumurthy saw that Davos globalism also as a dead-end. It met its end in the Global Financial Crisis 2008-9. Modi's Swadeshi philosophy has achieved the balance of building up our capability while also earning the respect of the world. Like all great transformations, it takes time. My prayers for his good health because so much work lies ahead 🙏

I am following this handle now for the beautifully written last paragraph 👍😊
This 4,500-year-old terracotta dice from the Indus-Saraswati Civilization is a powerful reminder of India’s living heritage. Dicing is also mentioned as a popular game in Rig and Atharva Vedas (two of the four sacred Vedic scriptures). From symbols and craftsmanship to rituals, yogic practices, and collective memory, numerous elements of ancient Indian civilization continue to thrive in the daily social and religious life of Indian society across regions and communities. Civilizational inheritance is not just about geography or ruins, it is defined by living customs, symbols, rituals, and unbroken cultural consciousness. India is the enduring living continuity of the Indus-Saraswati Civilization. #IndusSaraswatiCivilization #AncientIndianHeritage

Once again, my appeal to Indians in America on a visa. Please come home. Even if you feel it is hardship and sacrifice, self-respect should dictate your course. Let's make Bharat proud 🙏
An alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. The era of abusing our nation’s immigration system is over.

This evening, I will inaugurate a new flyover in Guwahati named after Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee. Some will ask why a flyover in Guwahati is being named after Dr. S.P Mookerjee? The answer is a story that very few people know but one which everyone in Assam should know 🧵

This should worry the opposition. It is not BJP supporters who are becoming disillusioned and drifting toward the so-called “Cockroach party.” Rather, it is disillusioned opposition supporters who are looking for a new messiah to counter Modi.
🚨 Just IN: BJP crosses 9 MILLION followers on Instagram. Meanwhile, the Cockroach Janta Party’s “unfollow BJP” campaign turned into a “Moye Moye” moment 😂 Instead of losing followers, BJP gained 3 lakh more, jumping from 8.7M to 9M.

To stand for an idea that is much bigger than yourself, that will outlast you, and to find joy in contributing to it without any expectation of return. This is the purpose of human existence. That is what the Gita teaches us. Nishkama Karma.

CJP founder gave the “cockroaches” the task of unfollowing BJP’s Instagram account. BJP ended up gaining 2 lakh followers. Who thought CJP would end up promoting BJP’s insta! #BohotKraantikaari

Media circus. No analysis. No journalistic scrutiny. Just giggling and pure hypothesis. Chalo taali bajao.
From meme to mass movement? 👀 #CJP “Something is changing, not just in India, but in our entire ecosystem.” Watch @Sonal_mk's insights after speaking to the founder of the #Cockroach Janta Party. #Politics #YouthPolitics #SocialMedia #CJP #DemocraticNewsroom | @PreetiChoudhry

Indian opposition has a problem with PM Modi gifting chocolates to another head of state during official visit. But they had no issue when: • Nehru gave away Aksai Chin to China • PoK was given to Pakistan’s control • Katchatheevu Island was handed over to Sri Lanka under Indira •UN seat given to China •Warren Anderson was given freedom to flee But a box of chocolates is where they draw the line 🤡

The emergence of a Cockroach Janta Party, built from AAP's discarded has-beens, draped in the language of neutrality, is being read as a counter to the BJP. It isn't. It is a failure of Congress. Congress has become so irrelevant, so incapable of being a credible opposition, that Indian youth would sooner identify with a party named after a cockroach than carry the shame of being called a Congressi or an AAPiya.

“Freest press” is free to be racist, jealous and orientalist.
So this is what the so-called “world’s freest press” looks like? Norway’s largest newspaper Aftenposten publishes a cartoon portraying PM Modi as a snake charmer during his Oslo visit, alongside the line “a clever and slightly annoying man.” 🇮🇳 Imagine the outrage if an Asian or Indian newspaper caricatured a Western leader using colonial stereotypes like this. Disrespecting the democratically elected PM of 1.4 billion people and hiding behind “press freedom” is not journalistic superiority. It only exposes the hypocrisy and prejudice within sections of Western media.

The story cannot become about the journalist.
A shout is not the same as a question.
And journalism is not performance art. My take on the Helle Lyng controversy, press protocols, and why serious journalism must remain bigger than viral moments. indiatoday.in/opinion/story/… Read here

The post-24 LS phenomenon is not normal. Voters collectively, across this giant country, felt that they let their man down. They're compensating ever since. Therein lies the political phenomenon of Modi - reviled by many, adored by more. Such aura in his 13th yr is stunning.
With the conclusion of the 2026 Assembly elections in five states, the BJP now governs 17 states on its own, with Suvendu Adhikari becoming the party’s new Chief Minister in West Bengal. The Congress now leads 4 states, with V. D. Satheesan taking office in Kerala, while C. Joseph Vijay of TVK becomes the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Meanwhile, the Chief Ministers of Assam and Puducherry remain unchanged, with Himanta Biswa Sarma and N. Rangasamy continuing in office.

The Chamcha brigade claims Jayant Mundhra is an "Economist" while pushing is "predictions" as the gospel truth. Jayant Mundhra, on the other hand, blames right wing for calling him "Economist" and clearly states he never said he is an economist. But let's be honest. Mr. Jayant is not upset about a label. He is triggered because he is finally being asked to back up the relentless doomsday narrative he has been selling, and he has nothing to show for it. And while we are at it, the podcasters who hand him the platform owe their audience some accountability too. Views are not a license to pass off fear-mongering as economic analysis, especially when the guest in question is a random Instagram influencer.
🚨Economist Jayant Mundhra: My prediction is that we are going to see the rupee hit 150 against the dollar soon. Narendra Modi cooked India, but bhakts still won’t believe it. All economists are sounding like we are in serious trouble and it’s not just due to war. It’s the result of disastrous 12 years rule of the Modi government.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan: → Economy in shambles → Biggest export: terrorism → Sovereignty sold to Washington & Beijing The Islamic project has failed miserably.
Congratulations Pakistanis. The leaked cypher cable I-0678 has confirmed that you are a vassal state of America. Asim Munir has sold you out. Imran Khan will stay in jail.
