Hey folks, Quick career update: I'm now officially an AI filmmaker on top of being an AI game writer and narrative designer. I've been building @AardaAI and will keep that going strong. But I'm also diving deeper into creating my own AI dramas. Two series are already in production: Maid Resort — a fun, silly anime with spicy vibes that's gaining traction on Instagram — plus a family drama on YouTube that I'm refining. Next few months I'll polish several original stories I've been developing for years and launch 4-5 short dramas on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. I'm starting with Grok Imagine and exploring tools like Higgsfield and Plot Party to make the characters feel more alive. The best part? No need for funding or producers — I can create and share directly. The real challenge is finding the audience. As they say, audience is distribution. I've been a storyteller forever. After 15 years writing for games (including big IPs), I'm thrilled to finally bring all my stories to life and build my own universe of IPs. Super excited for this new chapter. I see a lot of artists building their identity around AI hate, and it’s gaining them some clout and engagement, but through pessimism and negativity, bullying and cancel culture. I’m disappointed with my peers that put their blinders on and turn their back on tech that is already here and is incredibly powerful. I don’t care if you’re anti GenAI, but if you jump onto other artists’ pages and shame them for simply having fun and experimenting with bleeding edge tech, I’ve lost respect for you. Learn to coexist with others who are different from you. I’m tired of seeing artists attacking artists for staying ahead of the curve and expanding their toolset. You’re no better than the AI bros chanting “Hollywood is cooked” when you post “slop” anytime you can.
