The client says yes or no and you both move on. Nothing changes. ย  The advisors who actually close the gap between the plan and the life ask decision questions. Ones that force a real answer before the market moves, before the diagnosis, before the divorce. You're the only person in that client's life who will ever ask them. Most never do.
