"What have you learned from your experience?" is an open-ended question. It requires students to form their own schema and articulate it.
Much different than, "Say back to me what I said you should learn."
A glimpse into Synthesis Teams. The goal is to create an education environment that approximates the complexity of solving real life problems.
Rama here talks about achieving her next milestone, then helping pull others up behind her. Humans are hard-wired to learn this way.
