Q4: I think I’m pretty good at immediate praise. I think my most challenging would be clean praise. I am the type that wants to attach something to it or have a reason for giving the praise. I need to work on this. #VCSGreatTeachers

A8 - scheduling time weekly for teams to meet and develop, review etc. BIPs I think time for as many members of a team getting to collaborate is so important to the success of the plan and student decreasing inappropriate behaviors. #VCShappykids
