So monday. Iget to move to a new rehab facility a few miles from home to start rehab and therapeutic services. I fel like i am reporting for my first day at the bew training facility

It is appalling to see how many food banks are running this year. The lengths of the lines , the number of people using them etc...in what is one of the richest and most powerful countries in the world.

So there was me bigging myself up for giving up smoking😀.
I ended up in the ICU last weekend after having a pretty good sized health event. After 48 hrs there I moved to a recovery ward and am now hopefully just one day from going home.
Will freely admit I was terrified.

After that things look pretty rosy thanks to prompt medical attention by very very smart people.
Unfortunately for you lot, this means I will have more time free to spend on twitter pissing people off.

Right then, had a throat ripper of a cough the last week.
The benefit is that this is day 6 without a cigarette and I haven’t had to kill a single person.
