We forgot to post pictures of the cooking extravaganza that came out of the ACE kitchen in Rackheath yesterday - garlic baguettes, spaghetti bolognese and salted caramel chocolate mousse... All from scratch βΊοΈ The centre smelled amazing!
Earlier this week, some of out Study Programme students (from Hair & Beauty and Construction groups) tackled the tidying of the ACEgarden over in Gorleston. They worked really hard and did a great job! Thanks, guys!!

A special photo to mark such a great occasion. The photo cake for the staff at both centres was a lovely touch (I got to eat Lou's chin π€£)
Happy 15th birthday to Lou, Lauren and all the fantastic ACE team π π

Big thanks to a friend of ACE, Rachel Sillett, who kindly let us have a lovely little runner to use as a practice vehicle in our Motor Vehicle/Mechanics workshop, which has cleaned up a treat. We really appreciate the low cost involved, thank you!!

Congratulations to Joey, one of our recent students, who popped into ACE Rackheath last week to show off his new wheels after passing his driving test (with only one minor!! Amazing work!)
Drive safely, Joey. Beep beep π π π
As part of Work Experience week, some of the Rackheath students got busy cleaning the minibus and some of the workshop practice vehicles, and cleaned up some of the overgrown yard area. They really got stuck in and worked hard, so well done to them π
Our schools group made an amazing lunch today, consisting of lasagne made with a homemade cheese sauce (plus one for the veggies), and a shepherds pie for the coeliacs (our bad... we didnt have wheat free lasagne sheets! π)
Plus a batch of mini Victorian sponges. Delicious! π
Huge thanks to Topps Tiles (@toppstiles) in Great Yarmouth for their kind donation of some materials to help the Construction Study Programme learners complete their tiling unit. We appreciate your generosity! π

A couple of amazing bug hotels built by our Schools' Group in the Construction workshop. Some of the materials were foraged from around the Gorleston campus, and one them will be placed in the ACE garden, alongside our beehives.
