The landlord, Michael Klein/Family Properties, has a long history of bad-faith renovictions across Ontario and has displaced dozens of tenants in Hamilton alone. With the City's Renovation License & Relocation bylaw, this is hopefully the end of their renovictions in Hamilton.

A group of tenants facing renoviction at 325 and 325A James St S in Hamilton were able to come to an agreement with their landlord that allows them to maintain their affordable homes while still permitting renovations to take place!
