Just now in the Natural Resources & Energy Cmte, two GOP lawmakers presented a bill to outlaw geoengineering in KY skies, incl. cloud seeding.
Sen. Steve Rawlings blamed cloud seeding on the deadly July floods in Texas - a claim that has been widely debunked by experts.
Still, this conspiracy theory has been fanned by some in the GOP, incl. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who filed a bill very similar to the one that'll be filed here in Kentucky.
