16 colleagues cycled 490km from London to Amsterdam in 4 days, raising over £32,000 through fundraising, payroll giving & match funding.

Blood in your pee is a warning sign.
It might look like:
• Pink
• Red
• Brown or rusty
• Streaks of blood
Even if you notice this just once, don’t ignore it. It could be a symptom of #bladdercancer

Di & Rose were outside Boots in Kensington, speaking with the public & handing out bladder cancer awareness Z-cards. In just 45 minutes they gave out 60 cards! They also distributed awareness drinks coasters, helping to spread key messages in a simple way.

Blood in your urine is the most common symptom of #bladdercancer & it should always be checked.
