Well this time next week I will be registering and picking up my tracker and bib for my very first Ultra Marathon. All being well I will be on the start line a week tomorrow for this awesome event in celebration of my 60th year on this planet.

RECOVER Pet CPR It's really important that all first aid providers keep up to date within their field by keeping a portfolio of Continual Professional Development (CPD). Back in March I undertook the online RECOVER Pet CPR course.

The American RECOVER initiative has brought together over 100 veterinary specialists, to produce an evidence-based veterinary CPR guideline. There currently does not exist a European or UK set of guidelines.
