We took one of our top clients out for dinner yesterday here in Amsterdam. He flew in all the way from the US while visiting Europe and decided to stop by the Netherlands, so we figured we’d do it properly and catch up in person. Very fun to finally meet someone you work with on a day-to-day basis in real life instead of just calls and messages. Had a good laugh, talked some business, and ate some good food. It also made me realize even more that what we’re building is slowly turning into a real community, not just online relationships. Moments like this really show how valuable that actually is. We’ve already been working on launching real community and event projects for this year, and this just gave an extra boost and reminder of why we’re doing it in the first place. What we’re building for Ad Guardians clients in terms of community and connections is going to separate us completely 👀

The amount of commotion work.meta.com is causing in the ecom space right now is actually insane Literally everyone is talking about it, every group chat, every dm The problem is that only a handful of agencies can even provide this. and the ones that do are charging absolutely insane prices for it Had a client tell me he got quoted over $10k for this by another agency. At @AdGuardians we're currently charging $100 p/m. that's it Prices will go up at some point, they have to, but right now this is what it is The reason we're not doing what everyone else is doing and slapping a $10k price tag on this is simple. We actually care about giving our clients the best setup possible, not squeezing every dollar out of them while we can. if your agency quoted you something crazy for this, that should tell you everything about how they actually view you. You're not a client to them. you're a number

TikTok Shop is changing how people buy. 43% of Gen Z starts their shopping search on TikTok. Not Google. Not Amazon. TikTok. Let that sit for a second. If your brand has no TikTok presence in 2026, you're not just missing a channel. You're invisible to an entire generation of buyers with money to spend. Social media isn't just for awareness anymore. It's the new mall. Discovery. Research. Reviews. Checkout. All in one place. The brands winning today aren't waiting for customers to find them. They're showing up where buying decisions begin. Show up or get scrolled past forever.

Your customer is shopping differently now and most brands haven't caught up yet. Daily online shopping has fallen from 21% of shoppers to just 9% year over year. (Salsify) People aren't impulse buying like they used to. They're comparing. Researching. Reading reviews. Visiting multiple stores before deciding. Which means the brands winning aren't the loudest ones. They're the most trusted ones. • Strong branding • Real social proof • Offers that don't need a countdown timer to convert The impulse era is slowing down. The trust era is here. Build accordingly.

New product won't save a store with broken fundamentals. It'll just give you something new to blame. Fix the copy. Fix the creatives. Fix the checkout. Unglamorous work. Unignorable results. Boring pays better than exciting ever will. DM us if you need help 💪

Running on farmed assets in 2025 is just scheduling your own ban at this point. work.meta.com managed access exists and it changes literally everything about how your infrastructure works. No FB profile that can get banned. No personal BM that can get blocked. Just an email login inside our Platinum BM with your pixel and page locked in safe forever. This is how the 7 figure guys are set up rn and almost no agency can even offer it yet. dm us if you actually want to stop rebuilding from zero every banwave.

The agencies not talking about account health, rejected ads, DSL limits, and BM infrastructure aren't protecting you from those problems. They just don't know how to solve them. We had a client come in last month spending $80k and hitting a ceiling they couldn't explain. CPMs creeping up. Delivery inconsistent. Performance unpredictable. Turned out their entire operation was running on weak BMs with ignored rejections stacking up quietly in the background. Nobody had told them. Nobody had fixed it. We moved them onto our Platinum whitelisted infrastructure, cleaned every rejection, and rebuilt their campaign structure properly. Within 3 weeks: - CPMs back under control - Delivery consistent for the first time in months - Performance predictable enough to scale confidently You don't have a budget problem. You don't have a product problem. You have an infrastructure problem nobody bothered to fix. That's what we do. DM us!

Brand killed their best campaign because ROAS dropped on a Tuesday. From 4.2 to 2.8. one day. one decision. by Friday it was back to 3.9. They didn't see it. they were already relaunching a new campaign and wondering why it wasn't hitting. Spent 3 weeks in learning phase, Lost thousands in momentum. all because they let one bad Tuesday write the whole strategy Meta fluctuates. Algorithms breathe. Tuesdays lie. Patience is a media buying skill. Actually might be the most important one

Some of our clients actually listened this week and fixed their rejected ads instead of leaving them to rot. Went full whitehat. New creatives. Clean copy. Swapped domains. All approved. CPMs back down. Accounts actually healthy again. And people wonder why their performance is cooked. Meta doesn't forget rejected ads bro it just waits until your CPMs are unrecognizable and your account health is in the basement before you notice. Fix the rejections or they'll fix you.

Managed email access through work.meta.com is such a gamechanger it's insane Most of y'all don't even grasp how big this is If you keep running on farmed assets you're going to lose all your FB shit for the 99th time in the next Meta banwave. Guaranteed And right now there are pretty much no agencies that can even provide this yet For the people who still don't get what it means: 1. No FB profile needed anymore. You log in through a work.meta.com environment with just an email so no profile can get banned 2. You create your own pixel and page inside the BM and they stay safe forever 3. You're working inside our managed Platinum BM, so you don't need your own BM and it can't get blocked This is exactly how our biggest clients spending 7 figures are setting up their infrastructure We're offering it right now for only $100/m which is a complete no brainer Prices go up once this round of slots fills. If you're interested hit us up in DM

Leaving rejected ads sitting there like they're not slowly destroying your account health. Meta doesn't forget. it just waits until your CPMs are unrecognizable and your delivery is cooked before you notice. This week our clients who actually fixed their stuff? new creatives. cleaner copy. domain changes. all approved. CPMs back down. accounts healthier. performance stable. Rejections aren't just annoying little notifications they're meta quietly building a case against you. fix them or eventually they fix you.

Cheap CPM is not the flex everyone thinks it is. Cheap impressions from people who scroll past in half a second aren't impressions. They're receipts for wasted spend. What the algorithm actually rewards is attention. And attention doesn't come from a low bid. It comes from creative worth stopping for. High CPM. Strong creative. Real engagement. That's the combination that actually prints.

Hot take: most people aren't ready to build a brand yet. They think they are because everyone online is romanticizing "real businesses." But a brand without operational experience behind it is just aesthetic with no engine. You need the reps first. Testing products. Scaling ads. Surviving bans. Managing cashflow when it gets tight. Dropshipping gives you all of that, and pays you while you learn. The cashflow funds the brand. The data informs the strategy. The experience makes sure you don't build it wrong. Build the brand. Just earn the right to first.

Your store doesn't need a new product. It needs someone to actually fix what's already there. The copy that doesn't convert. The creative that blends in. The checkout flow that loses people on step two. New products are exciting. Auditing your funnel is not. But one of those actually moves the needle and it's not the one that feels good to announce. Boring work pays better. Every single time.

The smartest people don’t always win. The fastest learners do. Launch faster. Analyze faster. Adjust faster. Perfect thinking loses to rapid iteration. Every single time.
24
If your margins are thin, scaling will expose it. More spend doesn’t fix weak economics. It amplifies them. Before you push budget: • Know your breakeven CPA • Know your true margin • Include fees, refunds, shipping Scaling without numbers is gambling. And the house always wins.
29
People love saying “trust the process.” But almost no one defines what that process actually is. It’s daily performance review, weekly creative testing, and monthly account cleanup. No emotional decisions. No random scaling. No panic pauses. Just structured execution. That’s the real process.
25
Some niches spike immediately; others take months. Yet many advertisers shut down campaigns too early because “it’s not working.” We tell clients: analyze trends, not daily swings. Segment data by audience, time, and device. Stop reacting emotionally. A slow-burn winner is worth more than a fast-flash loser.
32
If your product only sells with heavy discounts, you don’t have demand. You have incentive dependency. Real brands can sell at full price because: The problem hurts The outcome feels valuable The positioning feels premium If removing 20% kills your sales, fix perception before increasing spend.
