From loose blue lines to a fully built world, this piece draws from Golden Books, vintage Disney, and EPCOT’s Land Pavilion. Each section locks into the next so the story flows as one continuous landscape. This is my favorite part of the work: turning a sketch into a destination.

A closer look at the character artwork for the Diamonds. Introducing Recom Quaritch, Varang, and Recom Wainfleet.
Varang was one of the most important characters to get right. As a new addition to the franchise, she needed to feel instantly iconic, high energy, and bold.
