It’s going to be a long post, but I’ve sat on this information for too long. I don’t think I can anymore. I always considered @Jamesglyde a good friend, so I was happy to join @thepipfarm in May. I reached out for any kind of management role, and James told me he wanted to fix client management. In his own words, the team was being “too invasive” and “acting like FBI” with clients. When I joined, my first task was to fix client experience and later the risk team. I made sure no decisions were made without cause, and even when clients were terminated, I ensured they fully understood why. By the end of June, I had learned many things that didn’t sit right with me: •Deliberate interview requests used to delay payouts by weeks. •Introduction of unnecessary rules designed to frustrate traders. •James himself admitting he shares client data with 14 other firms (@E8Markets , @thinkcapitalcom , @BlueGuardiancom , @AquaFunded , etc.) in a WhatsApp group. They reconciled statements of clients across firms and then forced interviews afterwards. The data was already obtained illegally but they still asked clients for “proof” just to make it look voluntary. •James speaking with fake courtesy to profitable clients while mocking them behind their backs (hating Asians for making the most payouts, claiming “all Indians cheat”). I was let go at the end of June with a “thank you.” The very next day, I found out James told the team I was terminated. A week later, he spread a story about firing a risk manager which everyone assumed was me and let the lie spread across firms. After I left, clients like @ispidertrader were treated terribly using the same old tricks. I initially didn’t speak up publicly because @salmanmunir96 is my best friend, and James had goodwill with him, I didn’t want to put him in a bad position. And partly because I didn’t want my words to cause Pipfarm to shut down, which would mean clients losing money. But enough is enough. James has proven himself the opposite of what he pretends to be. Once the facade is gone, he’s filthier than any other scam prop owner. He has now brought in Milos from @monevis (a company he rugged) to rebrand Pipfarm and shift liability. He’s still sharing client data illegally. He’s delayed staff wages (he took 2 months to pay me my last wage). And now I hear he’s holding back staff salaries altogether. My only advice: stay away from him and his firm. It will do you no good.
