So far, in most examples I've seen, the summary is accurate only for short-term data (the previous 5-ish minutes), and beyond that timeframe, what it remembers is often not relevant to what's happening now.

This is something that happens a lot in this industry. Get a a proper lawyer, and understand no matter what it is (working with friends, working with established people, working with what ever) GET IT ON PAPER, if its not on paper then its not real. foundational business. Look at faze clan. Just business people taking advantage of uneducated content creators and using their resources for their own gain while telling them they are "apart of it" or "protected" or "promised"😅
