Here are two non-negotiables to instantly build trust with your coaching staff: 🏃‍♂️ Sprint the Floor in Transition: Effort should never be something a coach has to beg for. Every time you cross that baseline, give everything you have. 🎯 Take the Smart Shot: The flashy moves you practice alone in the gym don't always translate to winning basketball. Limit your turnovers, make the right reads, and value every possession.
