We enjoyed a team meal out celebrating a number of birthdays today! Malcolm Hart Josh Wilde Daniel Garfoot Steve Fleming! Always nice to get the team together and we had a lovely meal at the The Griffin Inn, Swithland as always!

We enjoyed our visit to GRO Retail 2026! Some interesting insights in to the challenges of estate growth and hearing who is pushing hard out there. Of course AI was a big topic concerning developments in online shopping and the younger generations shopping habits!

We are pleased to be working with @GainsTC to replace tired facilities at the skate and play park on Aisby Walk. With @Evolvegeo_env on site shortly for ground investigations we are looking forward to going out to tender in May.

Last week it wasn’t just planes flying into the East Midlands! At the East Midlands Aeropark the modular units forming the new café and gatehouse arrived and were lifted into place. After a short fit out period and external works they will soon be welcoming visitors!

Planning approved for Clipstone Mines Welfare Community Trust! After providing QS & PM services through feasibility and planning, we’re pleased to see this hub get the go-ahead. This project will deliver a new pavilion, Step 5 3G pitch, grass pitches, and cricket facilities.
