After the update, players reached out with some concerns that the poster art added into Christmas Week 1 was potentially AI generated. After some discussion we have agreed that these reports are credible and have removed the poster from sale. We aim to remove it from player accounts and refund them for those purchases before the end of Monday, when our data team is available. Any purchased posters will remain in your house/storage inventory until we refund them. Thank you to everyone who highlighted it to us! We have a policy to not include AI generated artwork in our updates, please give us some time while we investigate how this happened. We'll share publicly when we have more information.

We are aware of Discord Servers that are impersonating our staff members with the sole purpose of stealing accounts and scamming our players. We will never message our players on any social media platform in order to discuss an account moderation or ask you to join any servers.

We rolled out a fix for a trading exploit, causing bad actors to swap items in the trading window without alerting the other player. We're investigating and banning the bad actors, while looking into reinstating the lost items and pets. Thank you for your patience!
