The average millionaire hits it at age 49. The median net worth at 49 is around $247,200. Most people never touch a million. The ones who do aren't smarter or luckier. They just figured out how to hold quality assets through volatility and not chase what's trending 24/7.

Buy a $100,000 depreciating vehicle = “Congrats, I'm so proud of you!" Invest $100,000 in real estate or stocks = “Omg be careful, that's super risky.”

It took us 7 years to get $100,000 invested in the stock market. 3 years after that, we crossed $200,000. This week, 1.5 years later, we crossed $300,000. Compound growth is a beautiful thing and I’m grateful we’ve stayed consistent! *BTC in cold storage not included*

Nah. People assume Im rich
Owning 100% of your time is so rare that when people see it, they assume you're either unemployed, broke, or lying.

Help! Hubs and I cant decide whether to have kids or not. My (36F) husband (33M) and I have been together 11 years and started as "yes but later." Then it was "whenever we get that urge." Well, the urge has never happened! We think we'd regret not having 1, but is that enough?

One of the biggest myths in real estate: “You need 20% down to buy a house.” That rule has probably kept millions of people renting longer than they needed to. There are loans for 3–5% down. Most people aren’t locked out. They’re just misinformed.

I’ve worked with people making $1.5M a year and have little to show for it. I’ve worked with people making $150K a year and have everything they need. At some point, it’s less about how much you make and more about the decisions you’re making.

One of my philosophies is that I don't care what decisions people make! Cash out your 401k to start a business Have a bunch of unprotected sex Remortgage your house to buy bitcoin As long as you: 1) Understand potential consequences 2) Take accountability when they happen

People *underestimate* what AI is capable of right now, And *overestimate* how quickly it will be integrated. Both can be true.

Serious question- did your parents ever let you take a mental health day from school growing up?
