My new doc with @awafarahh released today on the @guardian. The story of four remarkable Somali women’s experience at Cambridge Uni. Two years since Awa and I met and spoke about this project. So many people I’m grateful to but mostly thank you Awa, Hafsa, Miske and Samiya ❤️

As a Somali- Deutsch, studying at Cambridge two years this resonated with me on so many levels. Incredible how much of the experiences and stories shared here were my experiences as a Somali Muslim woman studying at four different European countries. So deep and beautiful!
