My year has wound down, with currently only two events left in my calendar. So here goes my looking for work post for 2026! I threw myself into a role that I felt I was guaranteed to fail in, being the InGame Technical Director for the STC Esports Arena for the Esports World Cup. I've only said this to a few people, but I was so close to cancelling that job because I did not feel I was up to the task, but I persevered and proved myself completely wrong and received amazing feedback from all of my colleagues across the 8 weeks in which I was out in Riyadh. I stepped up my dedication and passion towards my learning and growth within production management this year, handling three big shows, Malta Cyber Series VIII, PLAYCON 2025 and Thunderpick World Championships 2025, each presenting their own challenges and problems to be solved throughout the projects. There is lots to reflect on and figure out how and where to improve, but overall, a successful and enjoyable year! Thank you to everyone who has hired me, or I have hired, to help in me running the shows I've been involved in this year! My calendar is currently completely open for 2026! So if you want a broadcast technical director capable of handling pretty much anything thrown at him or a production manager who will sacrifice sleep and sanity to make sure the final vision is exactly what is desired, then I'm your guy!
