Trace just wrapped up his freshman year at @TaborCollege, where he is pursuing degrees in Business Accounting and Finance and Business Management. Growing up on his family's farm in Cimarron, Kansas — an operation that has been in the family for nearly 100 years — Trace learned the values of hard work, responsibility, and commitment from a young age. After graduation, he plans to return home to help grow the family operation and carry forward the traditions that have supported generations before him.

Derek will be a senior this fall at @IowaStateU, majoring in Agricultural Studies with minors in Agronomy and General Business. A passionate advocate for agriculture, Derek grew up on his family's northwest Iowa row crop operation and will be the third generation to carry on the farm his grandfather founded in 1970. After graduation, he plans to return home, eventually take over the operation, and continue growing his drone spraying business.

Ruth recently graduated from Wilmington College - Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Biology and will begin her first year of veterinary school this fall in pursuit of her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Though she didn't grow up on a farm, Ruth discovered her passion for agriculture through 4-H and FFA — an involvement that carried throughout her college years. After earning her DVM, she plans to practice large animal medicine and serve her rural Ohio community.
