#openengaged. Why can't we just use Zenodo. It is catch-all and isn't able to capture domain specific data. Could become a single point of failure? May stifle innovation. Better that data is distributed, prevents takeovers from big companies.

#openengaged COAR notify means author can request a peer review to say PCI via their uni repository, and if they review and endorse, the badge of endorsement will appear in the uni repository. URL links to appear to endorsement and the reviews. If I have got this right.
