I got back home early yesterday to discover my wife in the spare bedroom with the mac mini. I'm devastated.

So not fair. He didn't even run.
Day 4 of 10. Oliver Jones’ record, untouched for 3 days has finally been broken. New leaders in both categories. The challenge just got a whole lot more interesting. India’s largest VO2 max challenge is heating up. 🔥 Follow the leaderboard: ultrahuman.com/in/performanc…

Almost beat @Agent_Oli But quite surprising considering Keerthi and Oli both train more and have much faster race times.
My VO2 max is 50 🙂 I went to give competition to @Agent_Oli got completely humbled

It should actually be humbling to many of us who feel so happy to flaunt VO2MAX of 50 from the watch, which is actually a false pride. The real test is the one with a metabolic cart...

Be a real money gambling biz in India. > Realise Indian law moves slowly. > Call it a "gap in the market" launch an app. > Casinos in goa pay 28% tax on depoits? > "Nah I'll pay 5% because I'm special" > Make a ton of money > Try to buy the government > Try to buy public opinion > CEO's all top 100 earners in Bangalore. > Unironically say: "Gambling featured in the Mahabharat" > Plot twist, India is a conservative country. > Who would've guessed?! > Legislation made on morals and principal. > Overnight ban on gambling. > "Nevermind I'll just pivot" > One day the door knocks. > The Tax man does not forget.

Just saw a guy rollerblading through Cubbon Park with a cat on each shoulder and literally no one else cared. Am I hallucinating, what's the lore?!

I think middle children are immune to AI psychosis. We grew up starved of praise, and inherently suspicious of anyone offering it.

The TCS10K Race Report! Chip Time: 38:10. Rank: 12th (35-39 AG) | 79th / 16,000 Overall. > Welcome to TCS10k 2026, friends. > You had a race plan? That's cute! > Get crammed into a holding pen. > Hyper dense, sweaty, 23° feels like 30° > Only 18.3% of runners are female this year. No sh*t. > I'm 4 rows from the front. > Countdown starts. > First 500m is not a race, it's a Darwinian experiment. > 1250 runners crossed the start line in the first minute of TCS10k. > At most, the start line is 8 meters wide. RACE PLAN → RACE ACTUAL Part 1 - Great Escape Km 1: 3:44 → 3:36/km Km 2: 3:46 → 3:35/km The front of Wave A surged, a downhill start accelerated an already outrageous pace. I knew sub 3:45/km was my red zone, It felt easy, but I knew I was on track to blow up. Part 2 - The Music Km 3: 3:47 → 3:45/km Km 4: 3:47 → 3:47/km Here I got into my pace zone, the correction was overdue. 10km is an unforgiving distance, running in the red zone comes with 1000% interest. Holding on for the remainder was going to be extremely tough. Part 3 - Heartbreak Hill Km 5: 3:52 → 3:59/km Km 6: 3:52 → 3:57/km Sharp slopes lurked at the halfway mark, over 2km 15-20m of elevation. Heroes of the 1st half hit a wall, I dropped into the grind gear and stuck it out. A 5km PB was not my goal & my pace was slipping, was I cooked? Part 4 - Punishment Km 7: 3:49 → 3:53/km Km 8: 3:48 → 3:54/km Right here I lost the most time, Cubbon Road climbs gradually until Vidhana Soudha, I struggled here to get into 3:45/km gear. A tax burden of early race heroics. To hit my sub 38min goal I needed to dig deep. Part 5 - Ironman rescue Km 9: 3:46 → 3:49/km Km 10: 3:44 → 3:45/km Triathlete base activated. The massive training weeks took over. The acid cleared and I dropped the hammer back to 3:45/km for the parade ground finish. > REFLECTIONS Missed my sub 38 goal by 10s and Age Group Top 10 by barely 20 seconds. Shaving a minute and a half off my PB on this humid, rolling course proves I have it in me to break the 38 min 10km barrier before Ironman Goa!
