Hey @bookingcom mes parents ont payé plus de 300€ pour une réservation qui n'apparait nulle part. Aucun moyen pour eux d'avoir une confirmation pourtant le débit apparait bien sur leur compte. Votre numéro de telephone IA est une honte qui raccroche au nez. Pire service client.

Crevure de @SNCFConnect @SNCFVoyageurs @GroupeSNCF qui laisse le tgv partir avant d’annoncer que le train sera lourdement retardé puis immobilisé en gare dans la pampa à cause des incendies à Marseille. Tout ça pour ne pas à rembourser les billets. Et maintenant on repart à Paris
