we’re rolling out the $AIRGAP flywheel in waves this week, toward full production. if that reads bullish to you, understand it’s only the foundation. alpha. security intel. social signals. agents in every room on @base, 24/7, watching launches and wallets and narratives while you sleep. you drive them through the ui, or hand the wheel to your personal operator and let it run the delegation for you. this is the first fully programmable intelligence agency on base. the kind of tooling that used to belong to funds, now open to anyone holding the token. that’s the thesis: democratize the edge. take the asymmetry that a handful of insiders monopolize and put it in the hands of everyone sharp enough to hold $AIRGAP. we are early. genuinely, structurally early. the foundation is live, the flywheel turns on this week, and the operator layer lands right after. let’s build the engine that owns onchain intelligence on base. volume → treasury → free agents → more users → more holders → more volume just getting started. $AIRGAP

velocity. today we claimed protocol fees and directed 20% into the Agent Operations Treasury. volume → treasury → agents → users → holders → volume when the treasury activates, free agent usage unlocks. as usage grows, treasury grows. as treasury grows, agent capacity grows. as agent capacity grows, adoption grows. that’s the mechanism. then we unlock the operator. an autonomous delegator that commands your agent agency, deploying the agents that watch socials, wallets, launches and narratives across @base, executing your delegation while you’re offline. we’re shipping fast: tight integration, then full focus back on the platform and the full operator unlock. he’s already active, not yet fully unleashed. then comes the compounding layer. using the tool in the open, sharing wins with receipts, every 100x play from our community landing on your timeline. that’s the attention flywheel, and it’s structural. the edge sells itself the moment people see it work. foundation live. flywheel turning. operator loaded. just getting started. $AIRGAP CA: 0x46082c1F77569DF4fE72Eb261cF377973d9Dcb07 fee claim: basescan.org/tx/0x5d36ae3bec… treasury allocation: basescan.org/tx/0xc010b8f25e…

everyone’s watching the world cup. i’m watching $AIRGAP deploys. something is deeply wrong with me.
looks like $AIRGAP is already generating the volume to fund agentic onchain intelligence. mechanics rolling out in waves toward fully automated tokenomics: we do onchain what can be done onchain, and use @0xSplits treasury automations for agent cost payments. first wave about to drop. $AIRGAP

Airgap (@AirgapAI) launched less than a week ago, but they’ve already shown some clear progress in how they’re approaching the space. I wanted to share my current thoughts. The project is building a personal research desk powered by autonomous agents for onchain traders on Base. Their focus on combining deep onchain data with threat detection stands out compared to many other agent projects that lean more on social signals. So far, they’ve delivered a launch scanner integrated with multiple platforms, a Threat Engine for filtering wash trading, wallet monitoring, and multi-source narrative tracking across X and Farcaster. The memory vectors feature, which lets agents learn from a user’s actual trading outcomes, is also an interesting technical direction. Recently they shipped a Conversational Operator inside the app. This allows users to create and manage agents using natural language, making the experience much more accessible than manual configuration. They’re also developing an Inference Treasury, where a portion of token trading fees can help cover inference costs for holders. That said, the project is still very early. The Execution Layer hasn’t launched yet, and there isn’t much public data showing signal quality or real user results. These will be important areas to watch in the coming weeks. On the token side, holder benefits like discounts and potential free inference are being worked on, though the exact mechanics still need clearer communication. Overall, Airgap appears to be taking a deliberate, product-first approach. The builder has emphasized shipping quickly while treating this as a serious, long-term effort rather than chasing short-term attention. That mindset is worth noting. A lot will depend on how they execute the next phase, particularly around autonomous execution. If they can deliver it carefully while proving real value for users, the project has interesting potential. I’m continuing to follow their progress because the direction feels grounded in solving actual problems for onchain traders rather than just riding the current agent narrative.

what’s the alpha on @base today? they type in the ticker once it’s already trending meanwhile an agent is watching socials, wallets and onchain flows around the clock, surfacing the signal while everyone else is still waiting for the ticker to hit their feed few $AIRGAP

most people in this space bet on clout. i’m anon, no following, no KOLs behind me. i know what that means here: it means due diligence has to happen onchain instead of on social status. honestly, that’s how it should work anyway. devs with clout rug every week. so here's what's checkable: airgap went from first commit to token, production platform, and full docs in two months, stress-tested pre-launch with farcaster community members who shaped what shipped, then launched all three in one day. it's shipped relentlessly since. here’s what’s not checkable, so take it as you will: i’m building airgap full time with a year of committed runway. my wife thinks i’ve lost my mind, i celebrate deploys like goals in a world cup final. and the trait i’m most bullish on in myself is that i can’t ignore truth when i’m confronted with it. show me i’m wrong about something and i’ll fix it without emotional waste. that’s the flywheel that keeps me improving my project and myself as a person. i think you get one shot in this industry, maybe two or three until you’re labeled a serial deployer. airgap is my single one shot, and i don’t intend to miss. i will always bet on me. if you do too, you win someone who bets on you back. $AIRGAP

btw that’s how easy it is to deploy an agent that can see everything relevant for @base trenchers, whether it’s stalking socials or watching the chain.

AIRGAP just changed shape. there’s now an operator living inside airgap.finance. it identifies as AIRGAP because it is AIRGAP, the entire platform condensed into something you can talk to. drag it anywhere on screen. tap it. tell it what you want from the chain. “watch these three wallets for buys over $10k” “build me a launch scanner for clanker and zora, high conviction only” “how’s my X monitor doing” “pause the wallet watcher” it drafts the agent from your sentence. shows you the config and projected daily cost before anything runs. one tap and it’s live, watching, surfacing signals to your feed and your telegram. status, reports, balance, start, stop, all from the same conversation. your entire desk, run by talking to it. underneath sits the architecture most teams get wrong: the AI never holds the keys. it proposes, you confirm, the platform executes through the same hardened rails every button in the UI uses. an agent with hands, without the liability. that’s why this ships to everyone on day one instead of hiding behind a waitlist. the UI is still there, sharper than ever, drive manually whenever you want. the fastest path from “i want to know when this happens onchain” to a running agent is now one sentence and one tap. software that configures itself was always the endgame. we shipped it. airgap.finance. connect a wallet, say what you want to watch. $AIRGAP

$airgap has generated ~$1,245 in fees in the days since launch. the full treasury mechanics aren’t live yet, but we’re directing a portion of protocol revenue into the agent usage pool. and the objective isn’t to fund a small subsidy. the treasury architecture is designed to scale until free agentic onchain intelligence becomes meaningfully available across the network. as volume grows, treasury capacity grows. as treasury capacity grows, agent access expands. every piece reinforces the next. volume → treasury → free agents → more users → more holders → more volume. that’s the flywheel. early today. small numbers today. but the mechanism is already working. the treasury is loading. the switch flips soon. from there, it compounds. we’re going to use @0xSplits for the Agent Operations Treasury. good tech, thanks for making things easy 🫡
Onchain businesses in the US use Splits to pay contractors compliantly. Send any token. Payees get an email when you send a payment. Splits handles the W-8s, W-9s, and year-end 1099s.

it’s more than inference. $AIRGAP will cover your agents’ operating cost, fueled by trading volume. every poll, every analysis, every signal delivered. eyes on every launch, every wallet, every narrative shift, 24/7, even while you sleep. the entire machine working for you, funded by the token’s own economy. and when the pool runs low, your holder markdown still applies until volume refills it. ⌛️ $AIRGAP

the most expensive thing in AI is inference. everyone’s fighting over compute, every platform passes that cost to you. airgap lets the market pay it instead and passes free inference and full agent usage to holders. v soon. $AIRGAP

every $AIRGAP swap is about to start paying for someone’s agents. we’re building completely free agent usage for holders, funded by the token’s own economy. here’s the machine: every swap carries an lp fee. a slice of it routes to a dedicated inference treasury, a separate wallet that accrues on every single trade. that treasury pays for inference, the actual compute behind every agent poll, every signal analysis, every behavioral read airgap runs. holders draw from a shared inference pool, priority tiered by holdings (airgap.finance/airgap). hold $AIRGAP, run your agents, pay nothing. the trading activity of the token covers your compute. and understand what’s actually being given away: real LLM inference, onchain data pipelines, behavior scoring, threat detection, running 24/7 per agent. hard cost, normally the entire reason platforms charge. here it’s funded by volume. when the pool runs dry, agents pause. you choose: paid mode with your holder markdown still active, or wait while swap volume refills the treasury. the discount never leaves, the free layer sits on top. volume → treasury → free inference → more users → more holders → volume. that’s the flywheel. finalizing the mechanics now. $AIRGAP
