Replying to @tech_nurgaliyev
had a poor inbox provider shared infra too could get an agency but if you already know how to run it you might as well DIY hire a VA get emailbison work with one of their inbox providers (inboxedup is great - you just buy domains through CF & give them API access for setup, great slack support) you'll be spending like ~$2-3K monthly total with no headache and can send 500K

most cold email content online is recycled garbage. @mattceras is one of the few actually in the trenches testing, iterating, and sharing what works. worth a follow.

cold email isn't a "set it and forget it" channel. it's a constant iteration channel. copy. targeting. infrastructure. timing. follow-ups. if you're not testing and adjusting weekly, you're not doing cold email. you're doing email gambling.

cold email hierarchy of importance: 1. targeting (are you reaching the right people?) 2. infrastructure (are your emails landing?) 3. offer (is it relevant to them? is it a no brainer offer?) 4. copy (does it communicate clearly?) most people obsess over 4 and ignore 1-3.

so many nights just staring at the wall thinking of ways to be better, think of new automations to streamline processes, new campaign strategies, list building strategies, ways to further push inboxedup, idk its endless, doesnt feel like theres enough time in a day

cold email is a skill issue. not a "market is saturated" issue. not a "prospects don't respond" issue. not a "cold email is dead" issue. skill issue.

2M emails/month. Zero headaches. This is the standard we're building to. 🙏

"cold email is saturated" so is every other channel. the difference is cold email rewards effort directly. send more = get more. no algorithm. no ad spend. just math.

there's beauty in being uncomfortable watching yourself adapt to situations you're not prepared for you don't know what you're capable of until you're forced to figure it out with no safety net most people avoid this their entire lives wonder why nothing extraordinary happens

you want that dream car? that life? that freedom? believe you can actually get there not fake positivity real belief backed by execution most people want it but don't think they deserve it so they half-ass everything and wonder why nothing changes winning mindset = deciding you're getting there moving like it's inevitable believe it then prove it

would you buy from yourself? if you got your own pitch email right now, would you actually reply? be honest here's the problem: you ignore every "we help agencies scale" email, then you send that exact shit to your prospects you hate being sold to, then you wonder why your reply rates are shit you want instant value when you buy, then you make clients wait 2 weeks before seeing anything the brutal test: open your inbox, last 10 cold emails you deleted, write down why you ignored them now check your campaigns congratulations, you're doing the exact same things you ARE a buyer, you scan and delete numerous emails a day, you know exactly what doesn't work and you're still sending it stop building what you think looks professional, start building what actually makes you respond you wouldn't reply to your own emails, fix that first
