A former boss of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is now in trouble for allegedly helping direct organization dollars to her neo-Nazi lover. According to the New York Post, Heidi Beirich, a 58-year-old “fascism expert” who was the director of intelligence at the Alabama-based nonprofit between 2012 and 2019, is being accused of helping funnel $1.2 million in donor money to an informant in the National Alliance white supremacist group. "As a mother of seven children, I have spent decades learning how to navigate the beautiful, challenging, and sometimes exhausting work of raising the next generation. Today’s parents are facing an entirely different kind of battle than our parents did. We aren’t just competing with neighborhood distractions or late-night television; we are up against a multi-trillion-dollar industry designed to bypass parents entirely and capture the hearts and minds of our children," Stephanie Smith writes. SPLC has long tried to silence Christians and conservatives. Today, they will have to answer for it. At 10 AM, @JudiciaryGOP will hold a hearing questioning SPLC President Bryan Fair on the @TheJusticeDept indictments and the organization's connections to domestic terrorism.
At Family Research Council, we will not be silent. We will not shrink back. We will not apologize for biblical truth. We will continue to stand for it. @JudiciaryGOP | SPLC: Manufacturing Hate

Big Tech says app store age verification is too burdensome. Parents say they deserve tools to protect their children online. A federal appeals court has allowed Texas’ App Store Accountability Act to move forward, requiring age verification and parental consent for minors downloading apps. Child safety should come before Big Tech profits. buff.ly/N1Sy4mh #OnlineSafety #ProtectKidsOnline #Texas #NCOSE #EndExploitation #AppStoreAccountability

🔥This Fifth Circuit ruling is a decisive win for the App Store Accountability Act. Congrats to the many advocates who fought for this, especially @gopTODD and @joellthayer for shaping the first drafts of the legislation. Incredible work everyone. We won.
Fifth Circuit per curium order is published on the App Store Accountability Act’s constitutionality. I’ll let the court opinion speak for itself. 🧵
